This page explains what happens to the information you share when you ask for a free consult on this website. Holmgren Counselling Services is run by Sarah Holmgren, Canadian Certified Counsellor, in Lethbridge, Alberta.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the form: your first name, email, phone number, and your answers to the short questions (what brings you in, how long it's been going on, and what you're hoping for).
- Basic website data: like most websites, this page uses Google and Meta (Facebook) tools that record visits and whether the form was sent. This helps us understand which of our ads are useful to people.
How we use it
Only to reach you about your free consult and to arrange a time. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Sarah, and Ad Scaling, the small team that runs this website and its booking tools on her behalf. Your details are stored with the service providers we use to handle enquiries: GoHighLevel (our contact system) and Slack (where Sarah is alerted to a new request). If you go on to book, JaneApp holds your booking. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
Your answers to the questions are never sent to Google or Meta. Those tools only learn that someone visited the page or sent the form, never what you wrote.
Cookies and ad tools
This page uses the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel. They may use cookies to measure ad results. You can limit this in your browser settings, with an ad blocker, or in your Google and Facebook ad settings. The form works either way.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email holmgrencounselling@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
